It is not open to the public and does not support public registration.
For Guest Mode Users: The App also provides limited guest functionality for
public.

To provide you with personalized academic planning services, we only collect the
following essential data without unnecessary redundancy:
Account and Basic Information: Nickname (editable by users), grade level, and
school (provided by partner schools to match curriculum systems and academic scenarios).
Never collected: Real name, address, phone number, biometric information (such as
facial recognition or fingerprints).
Academic planning data (provided by partner educational institutions): Cumulative
community service hours, competition participation records, standardized test planning (e.g., TOEFL/SAT),
and target university preferences.
Course and learning support information: Academic course details (corresponding to
the "Courses on Track" module on the homepage, used for aligning academic planning with school learning)
and institutional course information (corresponding to the "Your Plan Schedule" module, including course
selection status and learning progress data, used for monitoring plan execution).
For Guest Mode Users:
Basic functionality support: Access to limited features without registration
(e.g., viewing sample planning data, previewing courses, accessing the "Profile" page, etc.).
Product optimization: Anonymized data is used solely for analyzing feature usage
patterns and improving app performance. No personally identifiable information is retained or
processed.
4. How We Use Information
Your information will be strictly used for the following purposes and will not
be utilized for commercial marketing or unrelated scenarios:
Account authentication and security protection: Ensuring the security of account
login and permission management.
Academic planning and learning support: Visualizing progress for target
universities, standardized tests, community service, and competition records (e.g., progress rings on the
homepage and university card displays); integrating academic and institutional course information to
provide tailored academic advice; recommending courses based on grade level, school, and planning (can be
turned off in "Profile - Privacy & Terms"); and monitoring learning progress and assignment status.
Product optimization: After anonymization, used to analyze user needs and improve
product features without associating with personal identity.
For Guest Mode Users:
Basic functionality support: Enabling access to limited features for preview
purposes.
Product optimization: Anonymized usage data analysis to enhance app performance
and feature design.
5. Content Guidelines and Data Minimization
Users must:
Avoid uploading any personal student information
Only submit education-related and compliant content
Our system automatically reviews and filters content that violates this
policy.
6. Data Security
All data is encrypted using the AES-256 standard and stored on servers located
within Canada
Retention period: Data is automatically anonymized 24 months after the course
ends
7. Data Visibility and Anonymization
Teachers can only access anonymized student nicknames and planning-related
metrics Teachers cannot see direct identifiers such as student email addresses or other personal
information
8. Data Sharing and Third-Party Services
Unless required by law or authorized by your educational institution, we do not
share student or teacher data with any third parties.
Planning services are provided by the partnered educational institution, and
course recommendations are provided by an external tutoring service provider. The data ownership and
operational scope of these two services are strictly separate and do not overlap

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your
personal data through your institution or by contacting us directly. Parents may exercise relevant rights by
applying through their child's school.
10. Data Retention
We retain personal data only for the period necessary to fulfill the stated
purposes or as required by law. Data that is no longer needed will be securely deleted or anonymized.
11. Children's Privacy
Ownership of all user data belongs to the partnered educational institution
We operate as their service provider, processing data according to the
institution's instructions and in compliance with applicable laws
12. International Data Transfers
Data may be stored and processed on servers in the United States or Canada. We
implement appropriate safeguards, including contractual clauses, in accordance with applicable privacy laws
(including PIPEDA).
13. Regulatory Compliance
Educational institutions are the legal owners and controllers of student
education records submitted through this App. We operate under FERPA regulations as a "School Official" or
data processor. Canadian users are protected by PIPEDA and may exercise rights to access, correct, or delete
their data.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any significant changes
will be communicated through the App or via your institution.

(hereinafter referred to as "Terms") are established by Taisho Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to
as "we" or "us") and govern your access to and use of the App. By using the App, you agree to be bound by
these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the App.
1. Eligibility and Access Rights
The App is exclusively available to authorized students of contracted
educational institutions. Unauthorized use or public registration is strictly prohibited. User accounts are
uniformly assigned and managed by the respective affiliated institutions.
2. User Accounts and Security
Student login credentials are issued by the affiliated institution. You are
responsible for safeguarding your account information and for all activities conducted under your account.
If you detect any unauthorized use, please immediately notify your institution and us.
3. Permitted Use
This application is primarily an academic and university planning tool, with
course services acting as a supporting function. It is specifically designed to assist students in
implementing planning goals and enhancing learning progress. Key features include:
Creating and Maintaining an Academic Planning Portfolio: Develop and update a
personal student profile, including academic level, abilities and strengths, community service experience,
standardized testing plans, and target university preferences
Setting and Tracking Goals: Establish and manage near-term and long-term academic
goals, which are linked to relevant courses and actionable plans
Selecting Planning-Supporting Courses: Choose and apply for courses corresponding
to planning goals
Submitting Assignments and Tasks: Complete and submit assignments and practical
tasks aligned with academic planning stages
Viewing Academic Feedback and Progress: Receive teacher evaluations on classroom
performance and planning execution, and monitor course and planning status in real time
Dynamically Adjusting Planning Content: Regularly update and optimize personal
plans based on learning progress
All uploaded content must strictly comply with platform guidelines. The
inclusion of personally identifiable information (PII), such as names, photos, and contact details, is
strictly prohibited. The platform adopts a data minimization approach and employs automated detection and
filtering mechanisms to prevent the leakage of sensitive information.
4. Guest Mode Description
To enhance user experience, the app provides a guest mode. Under this
mode:
Users can access sample data and preview certain features, such as planning
examples, course introductions, and the basic structure of the "Profile" page.
Users cannot perform any operations involving personal data or educational
institution data, including but not limited to submitting assignments, selecting courses, or viewing
personalized progress.
We only collect anonymized usage data (e.g., session duration, click behavior) for
product optimization purposes. No personally identifiable information is associated with this data.
The guest mode is designed solely for feature demonstration and trial purposes and
does not replace the full services available to registered users.
5. Content and Conduct Guidelines
You are solely responsible for the content you upload (e.g., homework
assignments) and agree to:
Refrain from uploading illegal, prohibited, or unauthorized content
Avoid including sensitive information in text or files
Not use the App for unlawful or harmful purposes
Not bypass system desensitization measures, access controls, or audit
mechanisms
6. Intellectual Property
All content and software associated with the App are the property of us or our
license. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or creation of derivative works is prohibited without
written permission.
7. Data Protection and Privacy
Your data and activity logs are encrypted and subject to access controls. We
employ role-based data visibility mechanisms and automated desensitization technologies to ensure sensitive
content remains inaccessible to unauthorized parties.
8. Service Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time for
violations of these Terms or misuse of the App.
9. Legal Compliance
Academic Planning Services: The academic and university planning services are
provided by certified educational institutions with planning qualifications. The ownership of all
planning-related data belongs to these contracted educational institutions. We act as a data processor on
behalf of the institutions, providing the technological platform for the creation, management, and
execution of the planning portfolio, in strict compliance with FERPA and PIPEDA
The App is not intended for children under 13, and we do not actively collect
children's data. Any student data submitted by institutions must comply with the "parental consent"
principle under the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
(FERPA) Ownership of student education data (e.g., academic performance,
assignments) accessed via the App resides with the educational institution. We process such data only per
institutional instructions and in strict compliance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act
(FERPA).
For Canadian users, all personal data processing, storage, and transmission
activities comply with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). Users
may exercise rights to access, correct, or withdraw consent for their data.

For system security or legal compliance, we may retain
